The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: approached via a spiral staircase 2 doubles both with exposed beams and flatscreen TV. Bathroom: en-suite to both bedrooms whirlpool style baths with shower over and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge/diner: with woodburner hi-fi iPod docking station flatscreen TV DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: with range cooker fridge washing machine dishwasher and microwave. Outside: use of gardens. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Electric heating. And the best way to experience the county’s many attractions is from your base in one of our holiday cottages in Somerset. Bath has some of Britain’s most majestic Georgian architecture, as well as the famous Roman Baths (not mention great shopping). Then there’s Wells, England’s smallest city. Wandering around the cathedral close, with its unspoilt medieval lanes is like taking a step back in time. And for a real sense of mystery, there’s Glastonbury (home of the world-famous music festival), supposedly the site of King Arthur’s mythical Avalon. All await you on one of our Somerset cottage holidays. The county has more than its fair share of beach resorts too. The Grand Pier at Weston-Super-Mare is superb, as is the wide beach here, while Minehead and Burnham-on-Sea offer a choice of traditional seaside pleasures. Meanwhile, for nature lovers there’s the wild landscape of Exmoor, and the Mendip and Quantock Hills, both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cheddar Gorge is truly stunning. Great for real Cheddar cheese too!
